Z4 when they let out all they plan to. People see how low o/s is after they retire shares. Many just don't get it as Dark Lady said management and 2 major shareholders have the certs they needed to control the legit shares.
What will happen when people see how low o/s will become after retirements. How few they will leave not in certs.
They have no need to do r/s. Retirements for them is like a r/s they control the legit shares in certs. Yet it does not let nss off the hook and reduce the air shares like a r/s would do in all accounts.
That to cover for move to NASDAQ how few legit shares there are.
They have every intention of making min bid to start 1.00. All they have to do is lower o/s as planned, make tender offer for few legit shares they leave out there at 1.00 a share.
