Regarding Mineral Ridge -
Question: Isn't this an attractive property that a lot of companies would like to have to develop themselves?

Follow-Up Question: So why are you so astonished at the thought that one or more companies might make an offer for it?
Additional Follow-Up Question: Have you personally called up Dave Caldwell and asked if there has been an offer on Mineral Ridge? (I'm guessing that the answer is no, you haven't called.)
