I doubt there has been one company in
similar circumstances as Aero, that has
increased shareholder value over the
long-term. Aero has never reached just
$1 mil in revenue, and has managed to
rack-up tons of debt with no ability to
pay them...not until they went public and
used shares...LOL. What do they have to
show for it? NOTHING! Your typical otcbb share
selling and shareholder DILUTING company.
I think we know how it usually ends...but
wait! Not so fast! Aero still has an agenda
to fulfill. A promise to acquire Jones Exhaust
with money from an unnamed and mysterious
ib firm...LOL. Another red flag, imvho...
an unfortunately, the massive DILUTION has
destroyed shareholders. When the reverse split
occurs, it'll be the final nail, imvho.
