It's been a long time since that happened. I don't think he was slapped with a permanent ban.

But I think it's likely that these are the old ABFG claims. It may be difficult to find out, because we were investigating ABFG on Raging Bull back around 1999-2000, and they zapped their archive of everything posted before 2003.
