just like BIHC... SEC halted it for 2 weeks then went grey market. at the time it was trading at .03 now ur lucky to get .0003. pr stated that buyer wanted to remain confidential... i think if u ever see those words u should run!!
With all do respect that doesn't concern me, and that type of question will just have us going in the wrong direction and asking the wrong questions. Pgyc has shown evidence that that has been a standard practice in their contracts. Note number 7 with the Tectane contract.
