They probably understand the procedures but there is not such thing as a reserved bond for GBOE; they can apply just like any other company, they must find a bank to lend the money, and so forth. Like I said before, I will wait for the response from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. If there is a bond it is news because the contact at the Department of Commerce could not find GeoBio Energy, Inc., or Plastics Conversion Technologies, Inc.; my email was sent to the contact and also to the program manager that deals with the specific issue. Tell me, if this HUGE news was true why hasn't the stock gone up through the roof as some would say or why isn't it up to .10 cents, .20 cents, or even .50 cents as some have speculated.
