My etrade had it at 99mil, and a minute later it changed it to 85mil. what the hell?

You did see 90mm, but now it is back down to 85mm.

I have a new theory on those negative volume moves. Those are shares sold by the shorts that they now regret having sold. So, they apologize and take them back.

I think they can do that, right?
