No, that issue isn't dead. They are there, haven't paid a dime for use for over 20 years, but settlement may still not be much. They have a huge storage field north a few miles and have ours and another dry well about a mile SW where they trap seepage from the north. Then, as necessary, they bring in a tank, or a tanker truck and take it out.
