I know how hard it is to run a business. It often takes a few times to get it right. Especially the administrative part for an entreprenueral type.

This time I hope we can constructively encourage Scott. Dale Carnegie points out people respond infinitely better to encouragement than to harsh criticism. Not that there wasn't a place for venting of disappointment in the past
