Due Diligence of United Treatment Centers, Inc

I have been watching this stock since the first few news releases, have done some thorough investigating of claims made and have uncovered a few very interesting facts.

1. Brenda Dillingham questions why Todd Spinelli references the sunbiz.org website claiming that his name doesn't even appear there.....

Well interestingly enough when the news release initially went out Todd A. Spinelli was listed as the CFO of Bel Ea Co. I know this as I verified it myself. When I returned to the site I too was surprised to see that his name did not appear on the front page. However, after carefully reading, the site itself says to see the "official documents" click on the pdf and low and behold, there was Mr Spinelli's name and
a filing by Brenda Dillingham to have his name removed on April 28, 2009.

Another interesting fact this site reveals is when the company was transferred from an LLC to a Corp. Mr Spinelli's name was still listed as a manager. I assume Ms. Dillingham could not change that one as it is now in "inactive" status.
This can be verified at http://sunbiz.org/ and do a look up of "Bel Ea"

2. Under the Milestones section of the liquidsqueezebrush.com site (the site Ms Dillingham deems her own) there used to be an entry for April 2008 stating "entered into a partnership with an investor". This
milestone has only recently been removed. The fact that the statement remained on "her" website for over a year seems to substantiate several things. A partner was infact brought on board, in over a years time said partnership was not questioned or dissolved and unless that partner was a fool some kind of contract between them has to exist.

3. I am no Engineer but the patent Brenda Dillingham makes continual reference to seems to indicate that it would operate by squeezing the sides of the brush and forcing liquid out of a "bladder" within, hence the name "squeeze brush". I uncovered a picture of the squeeze brush from 2004. The impregnated looking base and the blue areas on the side of the brush seem to support the claims made by the patent, however, the picture currently on the liquidsqueeze brush site do not appear to support these claims.

4. This is probably the most interesting of all. According to the Secretary of State in Georgia, Brenda W.Dillingham filed to Incorporate the company known as Bel Ea in the state of Georgia and at that time named one Nick Sinis as her partner. In April 2008, Ms Dillingam filed for a dissolution of the Corporation. Ms Dillingham's signature is the only one that appears on this document and strangely the date coincides with the date her website announced Mr Spinelli coming onboard.

Ms Dillingham tosses out a flurry of accusations, questions and statements in what would seem an
attempt to discredit UTRM, Mr Spinelli and sway the opinions of the public.

1. She questions; "Why would Mr Spinelli reference the sunbiz.org site, his name doesn't even appear there?"
FACT; Mr Spinelli's name did and does appear there.

2. She questions "Why hasn't the serial number for the patent pending claimed by UTRM been released"
FACT; Anyone who has gone thru obtaining a patent or knows an inkling about them knows that only a fool would release a patent pending serial number.

3. She states "My son and I own the patent privately"
FACT; While the patent was issued in 2004 to private entities that does not mean that ownership or the rights have not since been transferred to a Corporation or for that matter another private entity etc, this information would never appear on the USPTO site, it is not like transferring ownership of a car.

The verifiable facts stated above do not paint a very pretty picture. Unfortunately for Mr Sinis it would appear that he was left behind in the midst of a smoke screen and mirrors act performed by Ms Dillingham.

Who knows how many other investors, I have yet to uncover, have been left in the proverbial dust. It would
also seem that this go around Ms Dillingham bit off a bit more then she could chew and it has left a rather bitter taste in her mouth. I only wonder if she realizes she is treading rather heavily on criminal grounds at this point.

History can not be rewritten no matter how hard one tries to hide/change/or manipulate the facts. It is said time and time again -

Do not believe what you hear, do your due diligence and believe the
facts.
