I said it...and I meant....with a name and an offer price we will finally have a legit evaluation of this company with or without the buyout. Thats big either way. So share price should go up
Assuming the franchise name is not the same name as the buyer name, and the franchise turns out to be McDonalds, why wouldn't at least that name increase pps? As far as the buyer name, unless you don't think it's a really "big" name, then I would then agree with you. I am assuming they will release the names and buyout is still on.
