10 pizzas $15 = $150
10 slices $5 = $50
20 drinks $2 = $20
other stuff = $30

employee expenses
10 hours x $8 = $80
food cost $180

deficit before any other expense $10.

other expenses are lease, equipment, supplies, utilities, etc..

hmm.. either someone is not telling the truth, or someone is not wanting to tell the truth. (no you sony...)
