What is the nature of the restriction drift?

I've been a seed investor, usually a one year restriction. There are plenty of 30-90 day restrictions. ESSO claiming that the shares are restricted, could also be a trailing average restriction, so as not to tank the stock.

Those 300 MM shares could well be hitting the float.


The 300 mil shares were not added to the float. They were issued on a restricted basis. They were added to the O/S count though.
