Huge difference in my opinion. I believe a company can be perfectly legitimate and still use all the tactics of a pink. I wish they wouldn't, but they aren't breaking the law or anything. So saying it IS a PINK and ACTS like a PINK, and will continue to ACT LIKE A PINK is not parallel to SCAM/NO SCAM

I didn't say it was a scam in any way, shape, or form.
One of the things being touted is how Jared is "setting the new standard for a pink," "rocking the pink world"...etc.
I personally hope so. I certainly stand to gain from that. My point is, for that to happen, then let's see something that verifiable backs that up.
Right now, we have PR's and promises to "astound." That is no different than any other pink. That is EXACTLY what pinks do right? So let's see something different. Let's deliver on it.
Why would a legitimate company ACT like other pinks? Because they can! All those things that pinks can get away with cost time/money/resources, and why bother with that if the law doesn't MAKE you? The only reason you bother with that is if you want people to see you as something OTHER than a Pink Sheet holding. If you want to get off the pinks, then you have to do those Extra Mile things that put you in a different class.
