Yes...I hereby decry that is my opinion that Azziz Hirji used this lawsuit to sell/dump shares. It gave him a scapegoat for his criminal deceptions thereby affording him the illusion of credibility which is the real stock in trade in the pink sheets. If he pays to put anything out in a PR it's because he can dump shares while raking in more than the cost of the PR. He issued a PR on this lawsuit to "advertise" it.
