i hope chemtura looks out for the little guys in the company. the backbone. it would be too cool if somehow they hooked up their labor with restricted shares in lieu of cash. say 50 k shares minimum or so. then a year later the employees have some very nice retirement cushion AND will take more pride in their work, as well as look out for the companys best interest.
