It is obvious to me that we agree that FED is presently filling its coffers from crude taxes more then it is benefiting from rate increase and "stronger dollar".
That was actually the point I wanted to make. FED or whoever will have to get their hands around oil and tame that beast to get this wheel moving.
I agree that the rates are secondary at this point in time.
