there are four alternatives

1) Issue more shares (dilution)
2) sell part of company (lose control)
3) Dean sell shares (BEST scenario)
4) BK (unlikely)

#3 is best option....i dont care what price he sells them at...this is best option to raise cash...since approval is hopefully only 30 days away..

#1 is second best option....dilution will hurt all of us...but better than other two options
