FR's should come out when there is something new to announce. John said he would issue the 2008 financials in Mid May, and since the last financials were posted in an FR the last time, I assume he will do the same this time. So, not to worry. We should see an update soon along with April extraction numbers. I am not sure what you mean by restructuring. Obviously, if they get additional and more complex equipment, they will have to hire or train the right people to operate it. As far as company internal restructuring, I am not aware that there are plans to do anything different from what they have today. What would you suggest?
