Sounds effective if not ecologicaly sound! What made me think of it was a news story in Cleveland yesterday or the day before. It seems that a couple of kids "found" a bag of mercury and were playing with it on the street. While potentially serious, I found the pseudo-science and breathless reporting a little comical to listen to.
