What rumors? DOD / Homeland Security? Based on the business PLFM is in...seems logical to me that some gov't agency would be interested in something like this. No little birdies....
The recent trading activity indicates that something is brewing, but just as easily could be manipulation.....Just keeping a close eye on it. I did pick up some 002's so we'll see. Good Luck to ya
