I almost ranted on about MD knowing about illegal activities not reporting them to the SEC and state regulatory agencies....being in on it...I mean the list is long and stupidly crazy.
So I took a pass and grabbed my sanity back before jumping off that cliff. I really don't think MD said this at all or like I said...I hope if it had any basis in reality that it was just a stupid thing that somebody would say when having one to many cheap drinks...speaking of happy hour...its just after 5...
You can't really track them but they have to come back on the books at the brokerages within a day so all the buy/sells can be reconciled. If you do not have enough volume to cover them up they do come up as an exception. CPRK has low shorting interest plus low volume for the float shares so this is probably the worst kind of stock to try to manipulate. Plus it is a low pps stock so really no money here to justify the risk.
Plus plus...there are only a couple of market makers as well thus increasing the risk of getting caught.
The historical high for this stock I think was around .34 or so back in January 08. Better to have gone after the high priced financials.
