I happen to agree with all your points in your post. There are causes for concern.
1) Transparency and listing would be good for the pps.
2) There is absolutely no "shorting" or "naked shorting" volume numbers to have caused this pps collapse all by themselves. Market conditions have been brutal on a lot of stocks but it does not mean there is a conspiracy going on to beat them down. (At least in some cases. I know large cap financials were relentlessly shorted because I have the data.)
3) Trustee sale situation is real...it is something that should be on your radar as a CPRK Shareholder. How big a blip it could be is only known to the insiders for sure. Nobody on this IHub board knows for sure unless we have a real insider on this board and they can't comment for various legal reasons.
