Here is why they are not likely to screw the minority shareholders. They have to live with them. So many of the small shareholders appear to be local folk who believe in the company. Someone might have the grandest house in Milford, but they still have to walk the streets, buy groceries, go to pray, get gas (or elec from RZ). In a community like that, promises mean a lot, and screwing your neighbor has consequences. Oh I suppose they could all live away, but locals still supply labor and safety at the facility. I have more faith in this management and ownership...at least for the first few years.

If they would lock me in at .30-.45 today, I would probably be a very happy camper, even though I am hoping for more LT on most of my shares. Now, if they were to give me .10 today, I think I owuld be one grumpy camper right now after witnessing that PR last Friday and considering my long wait.

Unfortunately, I think there is a good chance you are right. I also cannot come up with any other reason why they have made so little effort in public relations.

I'm in heavy (for me), and long, and have hopes that this will ride for 5+ years. Im riding it out either way.

If this proves true, how far along (with production just starting) do you think they will take to act on privitization?

My guess would be ptior to full production reporting, and they would be especially quiet on proven ore sample results.

If this is not in the cards, then they still have a problem with public relations that's akin to a round peg in a square hole...

Well I'd be happy with .25-.35 cent buyout of my shares!
