As for our other favorite, I think you should not use the all or none and accept partials. I have had the same luck, but it can also change and you get filled a little at a time, but at a better price.
I know it is tough to pay commissions on small fills, but you may come up empty too. I think we have found a once in a lifetime buying opportunity, and I will welcome small fills as this is future money in the bank, IMO.
