Buying at two to three times book value is not what I consider a bargain. Unlike IDEV which is buying under 2 times book and cash. Right now, I am not sure how far it goes, all the med lasers are under a cloud for now, once that cloud is taken off, maybe a bounce could come. I am not in BLTI, but if it dropped deeply under $7, I might put a toe in the water.
