it was there all along in this pdf fragment posted on thursday

it literally said already back then that all shareholders would be wiped out, it was in the plan

"on the effective date, (...) the equity securitiesof the Debtor shall be cancelled and holders of Equity Securities shall receive nothing. Holders in Class 7 are deemed to have rejected this PLan and are not entitled to vote on this plan"

i don't know how this bare fact can be spun in any positive way.. it is just as it is..

what was amazing to me, is that despite this info which was available for everyone already thursday night, when we closed at 0,0065.. and STILL this had its run to nearly 0,04.. that is amazing, given that nothing has changed, and those are/were the facts and now confirmed by the daily list..
