I am told that at one time, the Co. was a fully reporting OTC concern. That said, I recognize the need for a company to be de-listed and dive into the pinks in order to get their chit together -- it happens. A lot of those companies fall off the face of the earth. Some climb out of the pink ghetto and provide their shareholders with the information they need to make informed decisions. But, for a company that is purportedly basically sound to malinger in pinkieland, basically giving the finger to their shareholders?? Huh-uh. Time for change.
