I'm quite serious. Biomass or any other heavy industrial operation does not belong in the downtown area of a City. That would be like trying to open a Biomass plant next to Faneuil Hall in Boston. Doesn't make much sense if you ask me. And, thankfully, a majority of Berlin Citizens and the Mayor & Council agree with me. I still believe that the State of NH will seriously consider the wishes of the Citizens and the negative impact of this plant upon the City when deciding on the permit approval. The fun will begin this summer when the permit application is finally submitted. The battle lines have been drawn and the interveners will have their say.
