Oh the NASD and SEC were arguing we need more rules so we can deal with these things. LOL. They even referred to the GVRP/MAMG in description but not name (guess they were still fearful).
The sad part is they had the authority and had used it many times requiring a cover when the market makers had the upper hand in the past at a great expense to investors.
How does one trade in a marketplace where the rules are selectively enforced based on the desires of the power players in the market place?
