these sites don't give exactly what you want.. i am not sure why someone would just state, he was there.. if that is what you are expecting.. the nationalalgaeassociation website really doesn't have anything, or you have to be a member to access it. as for the phone.. it is 1 am eastern.. idk.. if you try during the day and get no answer, please post your findings.. i doubt you will be able to talk to fisher either way,
