Let it be known to All Parties Concerned, that Tectane never received
any money from Patriot Investors. At this stage, I just want Patriot
Investors, to have their Investment Returned and my 30 year
reputation, kept True and Honest. Patriot took Money from Investors,
without a Signed License Agreement, only a Letter of Acceptance, that
was based on a License Agreement, that had to be negotiated and
Signed. That will be easy to Prove in the Courts. We will see who goes
to jail and is the real fraud.

No one has ever offered you free trading shares.
Who is Mr Samini Hussien ?
How can anyone else offer you PGYC shares aside of the board members
or myself?
I surely have enough emails which I say no to you and your entourage,
whom falsely claim to be huge investor in PGYC, and write all sorts of
garbage on the blogs about PGYC.
I have received death threats via email and message where left on my
phone. Be advised all authority where advised and have been on it.

I already had Hussein Samimi, with his Fraudulent Global Tectane
Company, offer me 49,000,000 shares (free trading) from your Patriot
Energy Corporation, which I refused, since we never Signed the Tectane
License Agreement, only the Letter of Acceptance, which is Clearly
based on the Signing of the License Agreement (clause 3A).


Since you have made False Claims in your Announcements, now I only
seek Justice and that the Patriot Investors, have their Investments
returned.

Mr Desantis, I can see your at the end of your rope and the Dubai ride
is over for you.
Patriot Energy is 100 percent committed company and true to its
investors. You have caused serious damage to our companies reputation
and mine rest assure our lawyers and my personal lawyers are awaiting
for your return to Canada.( The warrants have been ready for a while)
My sources also tell me you will be having serious trouble with the
law in Dubai.


I will tell you again your tacks will not work and for the last time
you will not blackmail PGYC in giving you any free trading shares.
You where sent 49 million shares which all come due in Oct 2009.
You have asked us several times for the freeing up of the shares,
I always said no and my answer is still no.
