Each pair of shoes comes with two different sizes of insoles and so each full size can also be a half size, depending on which insole you use--as far as I know (this is how the past shoes worked). For example, if you bought a size 10, you would also be getting 10.5. The company definitely needs to explain this or they'll be missing out on all of the half-size wearers because they have no idea their size exists.
