once this trial starts, how long (expectation) on trial length?

The primary endpoint will likely be viral load at 48 weeks with a longer follow-up for safety. If we assume it will take four months to enroll the patients and a couple of months to prepare the data report once all patients have been treated for 48 weeks, it will be roughly eighteen months from the first patient’s enrollment until the release of top-line results.
