They probably will keep the O/S the same (For Now). That is, Until the first big run hits then they more than likely will be selling blocks to mm's for free cash! Unfortunately, then it will drop back down just like every other penny does. The key is to cover your axx in the first run, make a profit and hold the rest for a miracle if you think it will be a solid business! Odds are though is that all who hold through the first big run will probably lose it all.
Every once in a while though there is that one with an honest CEO who is building a credible business and rewarding shareholders. IS this it?? I have yet to find that one on the pennies!
