Panic alright...but unfortunately, extreme in that series does not always coincide with the low, but often it is within a week or so from the low. Maybe such an extreme calls for a different approach. In edit and the bucker plus profit offered on QCOM and taken, out here at $69.59 for a neat $1.24.
