on the yahoo board it has been mentioned that the salaries posted are an indication of an immenent buyout, also did you happen to see this comment

"also page 24 item 12 shows weighted average exercise price of outstanding derivatives (options, warrants, price) $11.77"

does anyone think putting this info out to the DNDN crew ourselves may spike some interest?

meix thats a good point it happened on dndn the other day, maybe it might not be bad idea for myself to put some "good till cancelled orders" well below the market price, hell if they want to manipulate it down before the move might as well profit from it...lol bid GTC 1.35

glta its nice to see news out even if it is a filing but I really feel pretty good right now about our prospects and I read the yahoo post about the pricing of the warrants and it makes sense I dont know much about options and warrants but what are the rule for writing performance warrants and options? can they be as easily re-priced as some on the yahoo board suggested??? if they can be.....than thats our biggest clue right there, those suckers are still at $11.77 strike price, i may not know much but I do know that those suckers are worthless unless the stock trades north of $11.77.........

Oh and along the lines of my rants in the past of suppressing news flow for accumulation this news today was a filing it was edgarized but no pr and done in the afternoon.....oh but no for the bad news on the nasdaq listing it was early monday morning pr issued edgarized latetr in the afternoon same day LOL Im pretty sure they hired a sky writer to fly over wall street and write it on the sky.....MAY DELIST DO NOT BUY YET.....ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO BUY THIS??? (we aint done accumulating)lol
