PA and Medarex now own 53%. This in effect allows them to decide our selling price. Is this good or bad? do they have any incentive to make it a lowball offer (paid on the side or something).
Also item 12 is interesting. $11.77 per share. Can we read anything into that? I'm not an expert on these things. Just these 2 caught my eye.
