Like I figured they are slipping a R/S in on us. At least it isn't as bad as to the common shares. Still stinks.

Anyone get the scoop on how to convert if with TDAmeritrade?

Yes its very fuzzy as to what they can and will do. HOWEVER, you still have 650% more than if you had not converted.

I have never received my "certificate". All I have is an entry on my TDA account for my preferred shares.
