The puzzle to me is why is INTC in such a compressed range relative to other large cap techs that are leaders in their field. Such as Cisco, Oracle, HP, etc.... For INTC to stay in a 60c range for two weeks is very rare.
So I'm waiting for that explosion. So far it is a fizz.
