I would use the Dow and SPX as proxies here, and I'm looking for Dow 8600 and SPX 918. The NDX may just come along for the ride.

If this is a top in the making we should see the NDX under-perform the COMP. Watch for that.

TRINQ is still high here while the NDX moves up, which is troublesome.
