If the insiders want to save money, why don't they take a zero percent interest? Four percent still costs them about 3400/month and they need all the money they can get right now for marketing. Secondly, deregistering would save them over 100k/year in Sarbox reporting expenses; that another 10k/month. Add the two together and it's close to 15k/month. So what if the stock trades in the pinks? Imo, it doesn't really matter now since the price is so low anyway. Many companies have been going that route and it's had a minimal impact on the share price...
