I hope that this was a huge market order and who ever sold got burned. But that seems highly unlikely that who ever sold will get burned. The stock did rebound fast before the halt.
Well, whoever it was that dumped all the shares right before the halt will have a lot of explaining to do. Even the sleepy SEC will take notice of that.
