So the vendors just forgave debt?

Probably some strings attached, like they get to be the exclusive vendor for the next big deal that is coming. Is how most of these kind of deals are worked out.

I see by your profile you trade pennies quite alot. You should be able to see the set up in that PR.

I don't trade pennies anymore, I make so much money trading the 3X ETF's its become counter productive.
