terry i also do not think there will be a reverse split because of how is worded, only share holders vote! and a no show is a no vote! who would vote yes! and how gnta is connected to ctic as ctic voted down there reverse split and stock flew! could you please tell me your reasons and why? you think no reverse split also why target of .20 seems to me it will go higher then that if we have to stay above that for 20 days PLEASE REPLY BACK WHEN YOU GET TIME thank you your reply is very important! to me if you wish you can email me at [e-mail]

I will give you the courtesy that you do not extend to me. I am speaking to the point of answering questions. You have yet to seriously answer any questions I have presented outside of sarcastic in nature. Which tells me you're not who you say you are, but again that's just my opinion.

No I am not nervous or confused. I have a successful track record including trades on Genta. Since you're not clear on my position I will explain to you simply, as others on the board clearly understand my position, so I apologize for the repeat.

I hold 2 positions with Genta: My first position is an active trading position. I will make 7-8 trades weekly depending on the trading pattern.

My second position is a long hold position, as I too am waiting for the BIG BANG to happen with Genta and I know it will happen when I and you least expect it to and it won't be in 60 days as you have predicted (imo). But maybe I'll be fortunate and you'll share some of your inside information and you can change my open mind.

I run a successful business and have about 400 employees and generate about 400 million dollars per anum. I most likely hold more shares then your group, as I don't believe you are seriously holding 28 million shares without having an active trade posotion. Actually, I seriously doubt you hold 280k shares. BTW an ex-trader at leh in Chicago is a good friend of mine, he was a VP and was the one that advised me to open the active position, as everyone in the brokerage house is very fimiliar with Genta's history. So if you care to send me a PM, I would be glad to verify your position at the leh group.

But, spare me this cloak and dagger stuff you keep talking about. <since we know for sure there will be no r/s and that all the hoopla is part of a bigger picture u will learn of soon enough>.It makes you sound like an ameteur (which I am guessing you are). So I am taking easy on you.



And regarding the R/S, read my older posts. It's happening according to the filings. But maybe you don't take the time to read them or think much of them.
