I think Kevin May is still probably the CEO and PINR is a holding company owning a sporting goods outlet, management of a sports club, Accoustech, and disputed rights to Servnation.
The new CEO is/will be Mark Newbauer of Mike the Pike Productions, who will fold his company into PINR and probably change the ticker. The fate of PINR's other properties is unclear, but PINR is not a shell, it brings solid value to the table and we deserve something for that.
