Added another 1/2 position of INTC @ $15.20 to make it now full position averaged at approx $15.30/sh.
INTC has been in a down-trend for about 2 weeks (since earnings release. It topped out at $16.40. And has not broken support below 15. The economic news is flat/up. So INTC should go up to account for improved profit prospects this year.
