Okay ludacris but PPHM was the Plaintiff and Medipharm the Defendant. If the suit is dismissed that is a win for the Defendant and a loss for the Plaintiff.

PPHM filed the suit for monetary gain right?
Do you see PPHM getting a judgement now?
Do you see PPHM getting a large cash settlement?
