Got any data on Lambda's "lack" of side-effects? Exactly. No data, no gage to measure. Scant info on short-term side-effects is essentially useless; however, efficacy data is still paramount. Got much efficacy data to go on?
Bottom line is still efficacy. Even *if* the drug proves efficacious, it must have considerably greater efficacy and/or considerably fewer side-effects to compete in a crowded space which will, ultimately imo, remove INF from the cocktail eventually.
"Eventually" is almost the same time frame in which Lambda might be FDA-approved, thus the conundrum.
