We have to remember we're still in the middle of the 06 $450 billion transportation program, they just don't know where the bridge goes.

The $8 per week tax cut is a waste. If it were an one time payment it might have helped with their credit cards.

Besides that, all the stimulous bill did was to allow the states to continued their crazy programs in place.
